East Anglian property law firm Hayward Moon has opened a new office in Holt in north Norfolk.
Hayward Moon's new Holt office aims to strengthen the firm's presence in the region and bring its conveyancing services closer to clients in rural and coastal areas.
The firm has bases across East Anglia, including in Diss, Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge.

Hayward Moon focuses exclusively on conveyancing, with its teams handling a range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
The new branch in Church Street will be managed by Hayley Wright, a licensed conveyancer and senior associate of the company.
She has over 20 years of experience and a long history of working in north Norfolk.
"Property transactions can often be delayed by reactive processes and poor communication," she said.
"Our focus is on being efficient and proactive, identifying potential issues early and keeping clients informed every step of the way."
The firm says it plans to invest in local talent, with recruitment under way to build a team at the new office.
